I was born in New Jersey in 1979 and have lived here ever since. Art has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I come from a family of artists and try to surround myself with art everyday.
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Crafts from Kutztown University, Pennsylvania in 2001. I concentrated in Fiber Arts but most recently have been focusing on painting. My husband and I own 2 adorable Boxers, Martin & Carly. Dogs rule our lives. It is only fitting that I paint dog portraits for people who are as obsessed with their dogs as I am with mine.
My style is up close and personal! I paint "mug shot" style portraits focusing on the dogs head and chest. I try to capture the personality and uniqueness of each dog. I enjoy every minute of each painting that I create. Thank you for checking out my site.
